Illissa is the glue that holds together our San Diego team as our Office Manager and Candidate Relations Coordinator. Illissa is a native San Diegan, born and raised. She attended San Jose State University and graduated with a B.S. in Advertising. Throughout her career she has worked in sales, business development, and marketing. Her hobbies include hanging out with her two pugs Mowgli and Biggie, traveling, doing foodie things, and just enjoying life. Her motto for life is “Stay positive, work hard, and make it happen!” Illissa’s support function and organizational expertise are great assets to managing logistics with candidates and clients to ensure the interview process is fast, precise, and fun!
