Our Story

Aldebaran was born in 2001 on an old donated Mac on a small kitchen table at a time when companies were laying people off and dispensing with third party vendors. Our founder left a major Fortune 500 recruiting firm with a dream fueled by the urgent need for a better system. During the last 15 years one thing has never changed – a passion and commitment to ensuring that in every placement we make, there is a genuine respect and honor for the people and companies we represent.
